As one of the most environmentally friendly hotels in Sedona, AZ, we strive to incorporate best practices into our everyday operation, as well as into your guest experience, while never sacrificing the easy elegance and comfort you feel throughout our property.
Sustainable Actions at The Arabella
Sustainable. Eco-friendly. Green. These are easy buzz words to toss around these days – and we applaud any and all efforts to take care of our planet, but if it’s important to you that you stay at a truly environmentally conscious resort, you’ve come to the right place.
At The Arabella, we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint. We’ve removed single-use plastic items throughout the resort. We’ve incorporated recycled, recyclable and compostable options throughout our dining and beverage areas. We’ve installed low-flow toilets and showerheads, and LED or low-wattage lighting. In our guest rooms, we use Red Flower bulk amenities (that you’ll love!) in another effort to reduce our use of plastics and in support of biodegradable and biocompatible products.
Local Partners in Sustainability
It’s one thing to talk about it, and another to actually do something. Just like the practices we’ve incorporated at the resort, we’ve gone beyond our boundaries to assist local partners in taking great care of Sedona and Red Rock Country. We’re a founding member of the Sedona Trail Keepers and support Sedona Cares and the Leave No Trace organizations. Sedona Trail Keepers’ supporting members donate funds to help maintain the trails that more than 2 million visitors enjoy annually. (Ready to get out there yourself?
